Victor Peters has been photographing for over 65 years. At age 7 he became hooked when he picked up his first camera, a Kodak Brownie, and by age 13 he had his first darkroom. His focus is the ethereal beauty of nature, regularly travelling internationally to exotic locations to capture rare landscape images. Victor has won numerous photography competitions and awards, both international and local, and is recognized by the Toronto Camera Club as a Life Master photographer, their highest designation. His images have been selected and exhibited in several juried exhibitions, including most recently the Scotiabank Contact Photography Festival “Forest Spaces” exhibition. Victor has sold prints that hang in many private homes, commercial businesses, and institutions, including the Ottawa Hospital.
